At dirtoverdrama, we want you to love your gear as much as you love complaining about slugs. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

We offer refunds for:

• Items sent incorrectly (our bad, not yours)
• Damaged or defective products

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase (after that, we assume you've bonded with it).

To request a refund, email us at support@dirtoverdrama.com with your order number and a quick rundown of what went wrong.

For best long-term results, follow the washing and care instructions that came with your order (yes, even you, "I never read labels" types).
